From M5 exit at Junction 27
Follow A361 Tiverton/Barnstaple road for approximately 6.5 miles. Ignoring the B3391 sign to Tiverton at Gornhay Cross continue to the Bolham roundabout, where you turn left to Tiverton. At the next roundabout second exit left, right at the next roundabout then straight across next roundabout with Morrisons on the left and the Hospital on the right. Then take the next right at the mini roundabout then 2nd on the left, signed the B3137 to Witheridge. Continue for approximately ten miles passing through the villages of Withleigh and Nomansland. (Ignore any signs to Black Dog unless you know the area well) Just as you start to enter the village of Witheridge turn left onto the B3042 to Thelbridge Cross approx two miles. At Thelbridge, with the Thelbridge Cross Inn on your right, turn left towards Black Dog (signposted Crediton). We are a 20 minute drive from Tiverton.
Please note if you are using a satnav it will take you past us to the village of Black Dog so as soon as you turn left at Thelbridge be aware we are the next dwelling on the left, approx half a mile down the road.
Hele Barton is half a mile from Thelbridge Cross Inn, on the left. Please turn in just past the stone barn conversion of Stable Lodge. White Witches is half a mile further on past Hele Barton, at the bottom of the hill on the right.

From Exeter & Crediton
Take the A3072 turning out of Crediton and pass Morrisons where you take the next left.
(The new bypass road from Exeter means you turn right at the Tesco/ Mole Avon roundabout over the hill through the trading estate and turn left at the roundabout then right onto Jockey Hill)
Follow this road up Jockey Hill and through the villages of Sandford, Kennerleigh and Black Dog. Hele Barton is situated a mile through Black Dog at the top of the hill on the right. You will pass White Witches at Hele Lane by the river on your way. We are 20 minutes from Crediton.
The keys for both can be obtained at Hele Barton unless otherwise arranged.
