The Milkhouse is a self-contained bedsit type room attached to our farmhouse. Converted in 2014 from a former outhouse that was used to seperate the milk into cream from the house cow. It was converted for our late senior member of the Gillbard family who lived to just after his 100th birthday.

The room has Double doors to a lawned garden & seated area with views across the valley should you wish to sit out.
One end of the room has a large zip’n’link bed or can be 2 singles if required. Also wardrobe & dressing table and an ensuite wetroom.
The other end has 2 leather easy chairs, dining table & 4 chairs.
Fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. There is a TV/DVD player, hairdryer, WiFi. Books & information on places to visit.
Across the entrance hall on the other side is a door to a sink & microwave/grill.
Ideal for short stays or longer if you just want a base to rest your head & do light meals. The pub is also within walking distance.
We fill the fridge with basics but we can do you a full English breakfast but only by prior arrangement,
